Miracles

I do believe in miracles. I believe that God is the God of the impossible and I believe that He is using Amy to prove that He is all powerful and the Ultimate Healer. I'm sure most of you have heard that Amy's brain biopsy came back as "normal brain tissue". She has no cancer! She called me Wednesday with this amazing news. I see a lot of speaking engagements in her future. She has such an incredible story to share.

This week has been very busy. VBS plans are really rolling and I cannot believe that it's already "that time of year" where I totally lose my mind. I must say that with 7 VBS's under my belt that I guess it does get a little easier each year. I still work my butt off but I have better grips with what I'm doing. I went and spoke at our MOPS meeting this morning in hopes to recruit some new blood. I hope I have some takers!

Nathan worked until 9 tonight so I went downtown with Joy and Brad for dinner. Brad had a couple of friends come into town for the FINAL FOUR. We went to the riverwalk for dinner at Cafe Ole. I have never been there! I can't believe that there's a San Antonio Mexican restaurant I've never been to.

I cannot tell you how happy I am to hear that Amy is cancer free! She should share her story with everyone (I'm thinking an Oprah-sized audience would be a good place to start). I wish I lived closer. I'd come help you with VBS. It was always our favorite part of the summer when we were little.
