Months ago the MOPS groups at Community Bible Church (amy's church) asked her to write up her testimony and share it with them. She doesn't like to speak to groups of people but since she had such good news of hope and joy she agreed. When Thursday's news came around, everything was put on hold. I guess with time to process everything over the weekend Amy decided that she still has a great message of faith, hope and joy to share even though it appears the cancer is back. Last night she called and asked if I could pick her up to take her to the MOPS meeting. She can't drive b/c of the medication she's on (again). We got to the church and she had her huge support group there along with all the MOPS moms. Dancers and their parents from the studio, a couple girls from AOII, her mom, grandma, sister and many friends.

I knew Amy's testimony would be great. She did such a wonderful job! It was filled with love, scripture, humor, realness, and God's love really shined through her. I'm so proud to be her friend. To everyone who comes across this post, please stop and say a quick prayer for her. Pray for the tumor in her head to completely disappear. Pray for any and all cancer in her bones and throughout her body to disappear. Pray for her body to be completely healed and for her to be healthy and strong. Pray for peace for her, daughter-Addison, husband- Mike and her entire family.

I will include Amy and her family in my daily prayers. I truly believe in the power of prayer and miracles.
